The Greeks in AI Symposium is an annual gathering that brings together Greek AI scientists and practitioners from around the world to connect, collaborate, and inspire.

Our Mission

  • Foster a strong AI community by facilitating networking, mentorship, and knowledge exchange among researchers and industry professionals.
  • Showcase groundbreaking AI research from Greece and Greek scientists, especially highlighting the work of young researchers, to a global and influential audience.

  • Bridge academia and industry by creating opportunities for collaboration, innovation, and career growth within Greece's AI ecosystem.
  • Tackle brain drain by encouraging talent retention through meaningful professional development, industry engagement, and stronger local opportunities.

Venue

The conference will be held at the modern and fully renovated conference centre of the Eugenides Foundation, located on Syggrou Avenue in the Palaio Faliro district of Athens. This venue offers state-of-the-art conference facilities, suited for both international and Greek scientific, technical and cultural events.

Venue

The symposium will be held at the Eugenides Foundation’s modern Conference Centre, located on Syngrou Avenue in the Paleo Faliro district — just a few minutes from the heart of Athens. The venue offers first-class facilities for international scientific and technical conferences, housed in a landmark building complex with excellent accessibility by public transport and proximity to the city centre.

The venue benefits from more than 60 years of experience in hosting national and international conferences, with over 1,400 events and 470,000 participants over the past two decades.

The conference centre comprises multiple halls (ranging from small meeting rooms to an auditorium of up to ~520 seats) and exhibition foyers, all equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual systems and dedicated technical support.

Accessibility is a key feature: the venue is fully accessible to people with mobility impairments and other disabilities.

Located on 387 Syngrou Ave. On-site parking is limited. Nearby parking: Pentelis 25, Zisimopoulou 24 (REA Parking), Ellinidon 21. Disabled parking at 11 Pentelis St (call +30 210 9469600).

By Public Transport
