Kostis is a seasoned leader in AI, Analytics, and Digital Transformation and a Partner in EY's AI & Data CoE in Greece. He serves as Regional AI Leader for Financial Services across Central, Eastern, and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia, and heads EY's global initiatives on synthetic data.

Prior to EY, Kostis held senior leadership roles across industry and consulting, including Service Line Offering Leader for Digital & Analytics at a Big Four firm, Chief Digital Officer at a systemic bank, and Leader of the Analytics & Data Science Practice at a major consulting firm in Seattle, USA, where he served Fortune 500 clients.

He holds an MBA from MIT, a PhD in Electronic Systems Engineering from the University of Essex, and a BSc in Physics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He also completed a three-year post-doctoral program in applied physics and cryptography at the University of Athens.

Dr. Gerasimos Mileounis is Managing Director in Accenture's Data and Artificial Intelligence practice (Data & AI). He has been working in one of the Global Centers of Excellence in Athens for the past 14+ years, supporting global enterprises to transform their data initiatives and organizations by adopting advanced analytics, intelligent automation, machine learning and artificial intelligence.

In the past he worked as a research fellow for several academic institutions, including the University of Athens, National Observatory of Athens, and Harvard, and holds a PhD in nonlinear signal processing from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Eirini Spyropoulou is a Director in AI & Data Consulting at EY Europe Central, specializing in AI strategy, AI product management, and the delivery of AI-driven solutions. Previously, she was part of EY Global Innovation, where she led one of EY's global AI labs, and she has additional experience applying AI in the UK financial services sector.

Eirini holds a Ph.D. in Data Mining from the University of Bristol, an M.Sc. in Natural Language Processing from the University of Cambridge, and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the National Technical University of Athens.

George Zakis is a Senior Product Manager at Omilia, currently driving Developer Experience on the Omilia Cloud Platform (OCP), Omilia's agentic CX platform for enterprise customer service automation.

Over more than seven years at Omilia, he worked across the conversational AI stack - from NLU engineering to leading large-scale conversational AI deployments across banking and other industries as a technical lead.

George holds a joint Master's degree in Natural Language Processing and Computational Linguistics from the National Technical University of Athens and the University of Athens, an M.Sc. in Data Science and Machine Learning from the Hellenic Open University, and an undergraduate degree in Linguistics from the University of Athens.
