Press Release
Athens, July 21st, 2025
We are deeply moved by the overwhelmingly enthusiastic response of the attendees during the Greeks in AI Symposium 2025 that took place at Serafio, Athens on July 19th and 20th. Inspiring keynote talks, interesting technical talks and panels, industry presence, and exciting discussions! New collaborations and a very vibrant community are being shaped.
Greeks in AI is a grassroots initiative. When people with shared values come together to exchange ideas and co-create, they can achieve remarkable outcomes and advance the common good. AI, as a force multiplier that learns, creates, and adapts by connecting across disciplines, can provide an incredible potential to accelerate scientific discovery, improve society, health, education, and foster economic growth.
We would like to acknowledge the partnership with ARCHIMEDES Research Unit, Athena R.C., and its generous support. Our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Timos Sellis for his generous guidance and support — we deeply appreciate it.
